Choose your optic configuration

  • Four-filter optics – interchangeable four-position filter slides for typical routine applications, offering a total capacity of 32 filters.
  • Six-filter optics – with a capacity of six filters per filter slide, this option is especially useful for ELISA automation or integration onto a liquid handling platform, enabling several assays to be performed without exchanging filter slides.

Temperature control

  • The temperature control option is useful for a range of applications, such as enzyme kinetic assays.
  • Its advanced design combines top and bottom heating of the microplate to minimize evaporation and achieve a good temperature distribution.

Selection of barcode scanner

  • The LIS option includes a hand-held barcode scanner for checking sample and plate IDs before loading them into Sunrise reader.

Temperature control

The optional temperature control function is ideal for enzyme kinetic studies up to 42 °C.

It combines top and bottom heating to minimize evaporation and provides a good temperature distribution across the plate, using

  • A Peltier-based temperature control element to heat the plate from the bottom
  • An additional heating element above the plate

301 wavelengths on board

The tunable wavelength option delivers maximum application flexibility on one filter slide.

It includes an advanced gradient filter for readings in the visible range of the spectrum, from 400-700 nm, providing

  • Free selection of 301 wavelengths in increments of 1 nm
  • Maximum application flexibility
  • Spectral scanning to help identify a suitable measurement wavelength
