The high quality ELISAs are suitable for diagnosis and therapy monitoring for Heliobacter plyori, Lyme borreliosis, Chlamydia and Syphillis.
Furthermore, the vaccine status of Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis and Haemophilius influenza B can be determined by antibody concentration measuring with our immunoassays.
Our ELISAS for identification of viral infectious diseases are appropriate for routine and special diagnostic markers, like Measles, Epstein-Barr, Hantavirus and Zika virus. In addition, ELISA assays for the detection of antibodies from the TORCH panel are part for the product portfolio.
The choice of products in parasites diagnosis includes species-selective ELISAs for most common parasites, e.g. Echinococcus, Malaria and Toxocara.

The Borrelia IgG ELISA employs the very highly specific recombinant Borrelia burgdorferi VlsE antigen and a highly specific crude lysate antigen blend from Borrelia burgdorferi sensu strictu, B. afzelii and B. garinii and therefore determines IgG antibodies with extremely high sensitivity and specificity due to superior antigen mixture. The performance of the Borrelia IgG ELISA is important especially to detect a borreliosis even in cases showing negative 14 kDa + OspC titers and to monitor the immune status.

In this test Borrelia burgdorferi-specific, 14 kDa fragment of the flagellin is used as a recombinant protein for antibody binding. This recombinant, in E. coli produced flagellin fragment, is found to be identical in all three subspecies of borrelia. Results of extensive comparative studies with ELISA, IFA and agglutination tests as well as Western Blot demonstrate that the 14kDa IgM ELISA shows a higher diagnostic specificity as well as an increased sensitivity for the early immune response in Lyme borreliosis. In addition to the recombinant 14 kDa flagellin fragment, the native OspC protein is used as coating antigen in the IBL Borrelia 14kDa + OspC IgM ELISA. Usually, the acute phase is indicated by high titers of IgM antibodies. The Borrelia IgM test can be used for the diagnosis of Lyme borreliosis in the acute and chronic stage of the disease both requiring a therapy.
