The package allows sample-based pipetting procedures for a wide variety of tasks:

  • diluting of samples
  • dispensing of reagents
  • preparation of assay controls
  • common pre-dilution

The Freedom EVOlution software offers different pipetting options such as:

  • sample dilution in tip
  • preparation of pre-dilutions in 96-well plates or tubes
  • single, multi or parallel pipetting options to reduce process time and consumable consumption
  • 96-well and strip plates handling

The software offers laboratory operators simple control of the instrument, including:

  • A clear, instructive, step-by-step interface to guide the user through ELISA protocols and integrated maintenance methods.
  • An active worktable interface that interacts with the operator during the run, with acoustic and flashing-light signals.
  • Continuous loading of samples, reagents and consumables for fast response to changing demands, offering higher throughput and time savings.
  • Fast set-up and on-the-fly modification of assay scripts.
  • Straightforward integration with LIMS systems via the built-in bidirectional ASTM communication module.

At least 5 GB hard disk space for the data files that will be created during the lifespan of the pipetting instrument during normal operation.
